Summer Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU)
During nine weeks of the Research Program, you will live on the Duke campus and participate in authentic research work. Also, present your findings in research in a special atmosphere.

Requirements and Eligibility Criteria for International Students
- All US and interested international applicants can apply.
- Students from outside the United States may apply.
- The Documentation of permission to reside legally in the U.S. during the program is required.
- Duke will provide visa assistance with the acquisition of a J-1 Visa (if needed)
- Second or Third Year Students are not eligible.
- If you are not a lowerclassman or junior but believe you have special circumstances, you can explain in your application.
- The applicants must Enrolled in an accredited college or university
- The applicant will be in Second year or 3rd year student (Sophomore or junior status).
