The Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SURF) program is a wonderful and unique opportunity for highly motivated and brilliant undergraduates worldwide. INSAIT is an institute for Computer Science Artificial Intelligence and Technology. The basic aim of the Fellowship is to engage applicants in research activities in the summer under the mentorship of FACULTY at INSAIT. The duration of the Fully funded Fellowship program in Bulgaria is 8 to 12 Weeks.

INSAIT Summer Research Fellowship is the third edition of SURF that allows the students to learn and co-author paper submissions to top computer science and AI conferences. The Summer Fellowship for Undergraduates covers the financial support of 1500€ per month. The INSAIT summer program is an in-person fully funded program and they will not conduct the program remotely. Students are expected to be present at the institute in Sofia, Bulgaria for a minimum of 8 and max 12 weeks during the internship in Bulgaria. So hurry up and Apply online. Details About the INSAIT Summer Research Fellowship 2025

The details of the fully funded Fellowship program for internationals are as follows:

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria to apply for Summer Fellowship in Bulgaria is as follows:

• Undergraduate students who are enrolled in Bachelor’s degrees at any university can apply.
• The students enrolled in a STEM  major can also apply. ( STEM fields including Physics, Computer, Mathematics, and Engineering)
• You must have a minimum CGPA is 3.5 out of 4.00.
• The communities that are underrepresented in STEM are highly recommended to apply.
• Having communication and verbal skills.
