The “Heydar Aliyev, an International Education Grant Program,” has been introduced by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2024–25. A monthly allowance of 800 AZN (470 USD) and a Medical allowance of 200 AZN (117 USD) will be provided for the selected international students. Requirements of the Azerbaijan Scholarship
Fulfill the Application criteria and Apply for this fully funded opportunity in Azerbaijan:

- Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan or individuals who have citizenship in the Republic of
