Singapore Training Program is a Developing Countries Training Program sponsored by the Singapore Government for the youth. It’s a Fully funded Singapore Training opportunity handled by the ICAO Technical Cooperation Bureau. The DCTP was started by Singapore and the ICAO in 2001 and has now been renewed for three years (2023-2025). You can participate in this Training in Singapore that is conducted by the Singapore Aviation Academy (SAA). Moreover, this fully funded program offers 330 Fellowships and 10 funded scholarships for Developing countries eligible members from all around the world.
For the flexibility of students, this Fully funded Singapore training covers the hotel accommodation, daily stipends, and the course fee. The main aim of this funded program is to train students in different fields including Aviation Management, Air Traffic Services, Airport Emergency Services, and Aviation Safety and Security. In the previous year, they have been awarded up to 10 Scholarships and 220 Fellowships. For the academic year 2024-25, here 110 Fully funded fellowships are available for ICAO Member States to participate in this unique program in Singapore.

Fellowship Programs
The Singapore Training Program offers 10 scholarships and 330 Fellowships for eligible country students. Only the candidates who meet all the requirements of the fellowship can apply.
Financial Benefits
Singapore Training Program provides financial support to the selected students to cover the:

Eligibility Criteria
If you meet all the requirements of the Training Program, you can apply. The eligibility criteria to apply for Fully funded Singapore training is:
- Applicants from the ICAO Member States.
- if your Portfolio matches the course you applied for.
- The participant who has received a nomination by your Director-General of Civil Aviation or equivalent can be eligible.
- Good communication Skills.

The Visa requirements for the Fully funded Singapore training are as follows;
- A valid passport ( Validity for six months after the course is completed)
- valid Entry Visa for Singapore
- Transit Visa for Travel
- Copy of Award letter
